About Dr. Himanshu Gul Mirani

Dr. Himanshu Gul Mirani is a Consultant in Emergency Medicine at Midland Metropolitan University Hospital, Birmingham, with over five years of consultant-level experience across both adult and pediatric emergency departments. He currently leads Quality Improvement (QI) and Green ED (Sustainability) initiatives at one of the UK’s busiest emergency departments, bringing a strong focus on advancing patient care, clinical education, and sustainable healthcare practices.

Dr. Mirani is also the founder of EM Strategist, a professional platform dedicated to supporting healthcare providers with education, consulting, and innovative resources tailored to the evolving challenges of Emergency and Acute Medicine.
