Frailty and 4AT Trainer Quiz
This free educational quiz provides clinical scenarios to help clinicians practise recognising frailty and delirium in acute care settings.
The tool includes:
• 15 - Clinical Frailty Scale (CFS) scenarios
• 15 - 4AT delirium screening scenarios
For the Clinical Frailty Scale, the score should reflect the patient’s baseline functional state approximately two weeks prior to the current illness, rather than their current condition during an acute episode.
For the 4AT, a total score of 4 or more suggests possible delirium and should prompt further clinical assessment.
